Delete your WP Auto account

You can delete your account and all data associated with it at any time, directly inside the app — no need to contact support first.

In the mobile app (Android)

Open WP Auto and go to Profile (bottom right).
Tap Data & Backup.
Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete permanently.

On the web

Sign in at wordpressauto.com.
Open Profile → Data & Backup.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

What gets deleted immediately and permanently

Your account and login credentials
Your profile and preferences
All connected WordPress sites and their stored credentials (encrypted application passwords)
AI credits balance and AI usage history
Billing and subscription event history

What is not deleted

Your WordPress content (posts, pages, media) — it lives on your own WordPress site, not on our servers. Use your WordPress admin panel to remove it.
Invoices and transaction records held by our payment provider (Paddle) — these are retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.
An anonymous deletion record (a one-way hash of your email plus a timestamp) that we keep to prove the deletion was carried out.

Before you delete

Active subscriptions are not cancelled automatically. To avoid being charged again, cancel your subscription first via Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription, or email 75705713@qq.com and we will cancel it for you.

Export your data first (optional)

Go to Profile → Data & Backup → Export my data to download a JSON file with your profile, connected sites (passwords excluded), AI usage and billing events.
