Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid WP Auto plans purchased through this website (wordpressauto.com):

• Subscriptions: Pro (USD 11.99 / month, USD 115.00 / year), Business (USD 29.99 / month, USD 289.00 / year);
• One-time top-ups: AI credits 1,000 (USD 3.99) and 3,000 (USD 9.99).

Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Invoices and refunds are issued by Paddle.

2. Subscription Refunds

• Within 14 days of your first subscription purchase, you may request a full refund if paid features have not been materially used.
• Within 7 days of an automatic renewal charge, you may request a full refund for that period if no AI calls were made in it.
• You may cancel anytime on the Billing page. Access continues until the end of the current period and no further renewal occurs. Used periods are not refunded pro rata.

3. Top-up Refunds

AI credits are one-time digital goods delivered instantly after purchase. Unused credits may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Consumed credits are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

4. How to Request

Email 75705713@qq.com with your account email and order number (the transaction ID on your Paddle receipt). We normally reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method; funds usually arrive within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

5. Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of refund abuse, fraud, violation of our Terms of Service, or requests clearly beyond reasonable use. This policy does not limit any statutory rights available to you under applicable law.
