1. Service Description

WP Auto ("the App") provides WordPress site management, content creation and AI assistance. By using the App you agree to these terms.

2. Account and Credentials

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and site API credentials, which are stored only on your device;
• You represent that you have proper authorization to manage the sites you add;
• You are responsible for losses caused by improper handling of your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, distributing harmful content, unauthorized access to others' systems, abusing AI features to generate illegal or infringing content, or disrupting normal service operation.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided by third-party models and may contain errors, bias or copyright risks. You must review and bear responsibility for anything you publish. The App makes no warranty as to the accuracy of AI output.

5. Intellectual Property

The App's interface, code and trademarks belong to the developer. Content you create through the App belongs to you.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. For losses caused by site misoperations (e.g. accidental content deletion), please recover via mechanisms such as the WordPress trash.

7. Subscription, AI Credits and Refunds

• Billing period: Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; benefits remain available until the end of the current period.
• AI credits: Each paid plan includes a fixed allowance of AI credits per period. 1 credit ≈ 1 AI text request; 1 AI image ≈ 50 credits. Monthly credits reset each month and do not roll over. Yearly plans receive 12× credits up front and may spend them at any pace during the year.
• Exhausted credits: When your credits run out, AI features pause. Site management and other non-AI features remain fully available. You may upgrade or buy a one-time top-up to continue.
• Fair use: To keep the service stable, we apply limits on daily usage, maximum input length per request and concurrent requests. Abuse such as bulk scripting, account sharing or automated mass calling may be throttled, limited or suspended.
• Refunds: Monthly subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of the first purchase. Yearly subscriptions are refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused months, less the cost of AI credits already consumed. Where a large portion of credits has been consumed, a refund may be reduced or declined.
• Taxes: Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. Listed prices exclude taxes; applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location.
• Price changes: We will give advance notice of price changes. Existing subscribers are not affected during their current period; new pricing applies on renewal.

8. Service Changes and Termination

We may adjust or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, including the abuse described above.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms, with material changes prominently announced in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
